3 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Complaint (Dkt. No. 1) by Elohim EPF
4 ||USA, Inc. (“Elohim”) is dismissed with prejudice as to defendants Don’t Tell
5 || Mama, Inc. d/b/a KAMU Ultra Karaoke and Benjamin D. Park.
6 IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that the Court shall retain
7 ||jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement pursuant to the
8 || authority of Kokkonen v. Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, 511 U.S. 375,
9 381-382 (1994)
